Overview |

is Pacific Northwest Plein Air? |
Now
in its sixth year, Pacific Northwest Plein Air
is a series of art events and wine tasting opportunities
featuring the art and literary works of accomplished
painters and writers. At
the heart of the event is a five-day Paint-Out
and Write-Out where works of art and writing are
created at various outdoor locations in and around
the Columbia River Gorge. |

| Forty
accomplished artists were selected by jury to participate
in this year's Plein Air art show. Here's your chance
to meet them and to learn about their art. Plein
Air artist awards will be announced this evening.
Appetizers will be served. Beer and wine available. |

Air art painted by participating artists primarily
during the 5 day Paint-Out in the Columbia River

on display will be select literary works of writers
who participated in the parallel 5 day Write-Out. |
