Death and the Maiden

A psychological thriller

Death and the Maiden, a partnership between CAST and the Columbia Rvier fellowship for Peace, is a psychological thriller that has been staged in over 30 countries.

The play received the Pulitzer Prize, Time Out Award in London and a Tony on Broadway.

The play is about Paulina, a woman who believes that a stranger who comes to her home is the doctor who, under a military dictatorship, tortured her many years before.

Join us on this 3rd annual Gorge Artists Open Studio Tour

See photographers, painters, sculptors, fabric artists and jewelers from Stevenson to Goldendale, and from Hood River to The Dalles. 38 artists in all will be showing their works and talking about their working methods.


Tour Guides ($25.00 for two for the weekend) offer directions, maps and samples of the artists' work.
