Students in the Columbia Gorge Community College Theatre Program will present this play at Columbia Center for the Arts. First performed in the late Middle Ages, Everyman is a timeless play that stands at the root of modern theater. It explores universal themes of salvation and redemption. Direct by Richard Parker. |

| Steven Wax ... Kafka Comes to America |
|
Oregon public defender Steven Wax talks about his book Kafka Comes to America. The book describes the saga of one public defender's struggle to rescue two innocent men from the Kafkaesque practices of our judicial system.
Kafka is now in his sixth term as the Federal Public Defender for the District of Oregon.
