Trout Lake Festival of the Arts

The 13th Annual Trout Lake Festival of the Arts presents a weekend of art and music in beautiful Trout Lake Valley located beneath Mt. Adams. Fifty artists have been jury selected to display fine art in the rustic barn, outdoors, or garden setting. In addition to the art, visitors enjoy continuous live music, outstanding variety of foods, local brews and wine. There is no admission fee and plenty of free parking.

4th Annual Plein Air Painting & Writing Exhibition

Columbia Center for the Arts is hosting its fourth annual Pacific Northwest Plein Air Painting Competition and Writing Exhibition, from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1, 2008. 

The writing portion of the Plein Air show is an open-call event that culminates in publication on the CCA website and a public reading in the CCA theater. Writers, click here to find out how to get involved.
