Four Artists Challenge Sculptural Stereotypes


MIX Masters features the mixed media work of four Gorge area sculptors. Look for surprising and pleasing combinations of media in their works, including glass, metals, clay, kevlar, recycled materials, wood, metal and more. Portland Art Museum's Community Project

In Collaboration with Marie Watt


Help artist Marie Watt create a large-scale work of art that will memorialize lives lost to the War in Iraq. With the help of communities in and near Portland, Marie will create thousands of wool flowers that will become an integral part of the Forget-me-not: Blossom installation. The work will be on view at the Portland Art Museum June 14 through September 14.

This is the 2nd Annual Women's Theatre Event. If We Are Women premiered at Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts in 1993 and has since played across Canada, the U.S., Great Britain and Europe. Click here for more information.
