Watercolor Workshop with Sally Bills Bailey

Artist Statement

Why do I paint with watercolor? ... It's an incredible transition from viewing a scene and expressing what I see by spreading paint and water on paper. It's exciting. I never know what to expect. It's amazing and I'm never board!
