Why do I paint with watercolor? ... It's an incredible transition from viewing a scene and expressing what I see by spreading paint and water on paper. It's exciting. I never know what to expect. It's amazing and I'm never board!

Watercolor Workshop
About Sally Bills Bailey
Living at the foot of Mt. Hood, Sally Bills Bailey's paintings reflect her love of mountains, snow, trees and wildernes.
She uses strong color and bold shapes.
Throughout her art career Sally has taught children and adults, but now concentrates on watercolor and acrylic painting.
She has received many awards, and shows her work in the Portland Museum Rental/Sales Gallery, and in Hood River, Oregon.
She is a signature member of the Northwest Watercolor Society and the Watercolor Society of Oregon.
